Ready to Check In?

Skip the lines and use our automated kiosk if you belong to an ASEAN or Visa on Arrival (VOA) eligible country and you have 0 or 1 bag to check-in.

How to Check In:
  1. Follow the on-screen instructions and cue cards next to the screen to check-in.
  2. Print the boarding pass and bag tag (if you have bags to check-in).
  3. Press the Ferry Operator Icon that you are travelling on.
  4. Place the passport (with photo and details page) on the scanner.
  5. If you have no bags to check-in, please click on Boarding Pass (BP) Only icon. After receiving the BP, proceed to Departure Hall (Level 2).
  6. If you have only one bag to check-in, please click on Boarding Pass (BP) and Bag Tag (BT) icon. After receiving the BT, tag the BT on your bag handle. Thereafter, proceed to Self-Service Bag-Drop (SBD).
  7. If you have more than one bag (including odd-sized items such as bicycles, baby strollers, etc) to check-in, please click on the Boarding Pass Only icon. After receiving the BP, proceed to the Manual Bag Check-In (BCI).

Drop & Go!

Once you have successfully checked-in and tagged your bags, follow these simple steps to drop them off:

How to Drop Your Bags:
  1. Scan Passport: Place your passport on the scanner at the station to begin.
  2. Load: Place your bag (ensure you have attached the Bag Tag) onto the conveyor belt.
  3. Scan BT: Remove the barcode scanner from the holder, scan the BT barcode label. Wait for the beep sound, then place the scanner back onto the holder.
  4. Wait for Weight Measurement: Once weight is confirmed, the system will automatically roll the bag onto the next belt. Thereafter, please proceed to Departure Hall (Level 2).
Weight Policy:
  • Up to 20kg: Your bag will be automatically accepted and loaded into ferry storage.
  • Over 20kg: The system will display an error message. Please take your bag(s) to the Manual Bag Check In Counters for assistance and payment of excess baggage.

Getting There

PUBLIC BUS

Alight at Harbourfront Bus Interchange. Cross the bridge into Harbourfront Tower One, walk to the end
of the building lobby to reach the new terminal.

  • At Harbourfront Station Exit A Bus-stop (14129):

    10, 30, 57, 61, 65, 80, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145 & 166

  • Opposite Harbourfront Interchange bus-stop (14121):

    10, 30, 61, 65, 80, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145, 166 & 855

  • At Harbourfront Bus Interchange (14009):

    65, 80, 93, 188, 855 & 963

CAR, PRIVATE HIRE AND TAXI

Private hire vehicles and taxis may alight guests at the drive-through drop-oƯ zone at Singapore Cruise
Centre (Harbourfront).

TIP: Due to limited availability of carpark lots at Singapore Cruise Centre, passengers and visitors are strongly encouraged to reach the new terminal via public transport.
The nearest carparks can be found at Harbourfront Tower 1, Keppel Bay Carpark, Keppel Bay Tower and vicinity.

MRT
  • Alight & Exit:

    Alight at HarbourFront MRT Station (Circle Line / North-East Line) and take Exit B.

  • Walk Outside:

    Exit HarbourFront Centre. Follow the directional signage and take the sheltered pathway from outside HarbourFront Centre to the pedestrian overhead bridge (located between HarbourFront Centre and HarbourFront Tower 1). Cross the zebra crossing to reach HarbourFront Tower 1.

  • Follow the Covered Walkway:

    Arrive at HarbourFront Tower 1. Turn left and continue to the end of the sheltered walkway. You will see the Singapore Cruise Centre, a distinct red terracotta building.

  • Enter the Terminal:

    Follow the directional signs to step inside the cruise and ferry terminal.
